At Aden Senycia, every fine art print is created and handled with great care. Each item is inspected by Aden Senycia personally to ensure it meets high quality standards before being packaged and shipped.

Because of the custom nature of our products and the care taken in quality control, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or buyer error (e.g. incorrect size choice or shipping address).

Exceptions – Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product you receive is:

  • Faulty or damaged upon arrival

  • Significantly different from the description or image on our website

  • Not fit for its intended purpose

If this applies, please contact Aden Senycia within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund, in line with our obligations under Australian law.

Damaged in Transit

​

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of:

  • The packaging

  • The damaged artwork

  • The shipping label

We may lodge a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

No Refunds for:

​

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or quantity

  • Colour variation due to screen differences

  • Late deliveries caused by postal delays beyond our control
